The WIA Abrasocord 350 3.2mm Welding Electrode (5kg pack) is a high-performance arc electrode designed for heavy-duty build-up and surfacing applications. Ideal for fabricators, maintenance professionals, and repair workshops, this electrode is engineered to deliver tough, wear-resistant welds on steel components exposed to metal-to-metal wear and compressive loading.

Formulated as a smooth-running AC/DC electrode, Abrasocord 350 deposits a low carbon martensitic steel alloy with air-hardening C-Mn-Cr properties. The resulting welds offer high compressive strength, excellent resistance to impact, and are machineable and suitable for hot forging. Typical applications include the restoration and protection of track components, gears, shafts, and other parts subjected to severe abrasion and impact.
