The BOSSWELD BT Weld Freedom 440 WF is a compact, synergic inverter welder designed for professional welding applications requiring versatility and high performance. It supports MIG synergic/manual, MIG gas/gasless, DC TIG (Lift Arc), and Stick (MMA) welding processes, making it suitable for a wide range of materials and fabrication tasks.
This multi-process welder operates on a 3-phase 415V power supply and delivers a maximum output of 400A with a 40% duty cycle at 400A, ensuring reliable performance for demanding industrial welding. It can weld materials including mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminium (MIG only), with a maximum plate thickness of 24mm. The unit features a 5-inch colour LCD screen for intuitive control and supports 2T, 4T, and spot welding modes.
Equipped with a 4-roll wire drive system, the Freedom 440 WF accommodates D200 and D300 spools and includes a separate wire feeder for enhanced usability. Its robust design includes thermal overload protection and an IP21S insulation class rating, ensuring durability in workshop environments. The package includes essential accessories such as a Binzel 36 MIG torch, twist lock electrode holder, earth clamp, argon twin gauge regulator, quick connect gas hose, and multiple drive rollers for different wire diameters.
