The BOSSWELD BT Weld Pulse MIG 500 SWF Synergic Welder Package is a versatile multi-process welding machine designed for professional welders and fabrication workshops. It supports MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes, making it suitable for a wide range of metal fabrication and repair applications.
This inverter welder delivers a robust 500A output with a 60% duty cycle at 500 amps, ensuring high productivity in demanding industrial environments. It features a 5-inch colour LCD screen for intuitive control and parameter storage, enhancing precision and repeatability. The machine is water-cooled with a 7-litre capacity, maintaining optimal operating temperatures during extended use.
Compatible with mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminium (MIG only), this welder supports MIG single and dual pulse, synergic/manual modes, gas and gasless MIG, TIG lift DC, and Stick (MMA) welding. It accommodates wire diameters from 0.6 to 1.6 mm and electrode diameters from 1.6 to 5 mm, suitable for various welding tasks.
Key features include a 4-roll wire drive system, suitability for D200 and D300 spools, 2T/4T/S4T/spot weld modes, a separate wire feeder, and a 4-wheel trolley for mobility.
