Product Details
The CEA QBOX PULSE 405W is a water-cooled, three-phase multiprocess welding machine designed for professional welders and industrial applications. It integrates synergic digital control and inverter technology within a robust metallic structure, featuring a separate wire feeder for enhanced usability.
This advanced welding system supports high-quality welding processes including MMA, TIG with Lift mode, MIG-MAG, and Pulsed MIG with the QUBOX PULSE models. It is engineered for precision and repeatability, making it suitable for medium to large fabrication projects, shipyards, and steel erection.
Key features include intuitive parameter control directly from the wire feeder, digital synergic curves preset for material type, gas, and wire diameter, and the ability to store up to 99 personalized welding programs. The feeding mechanism uses four large-diameter rolls with double groove rolls replaceable without tools, ensuring precise and consistent wire feeding.
Energy-saving functions operate the cooling fan and torch water cooling only when necessary, contributing to reduced energy consumption. Additional functionalities include excellent arc striking with soft arc start, initial and final crater control, VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) for safety, and WSC (Wire Start Control) to prevent wire sticking to the workpiece or torch nozzle. The equipment also offers password-protected locking for security and a protective cover on the wire feeder control rack for durability.
