The CEA TREOSTAR 2000 PULSE ARC 230V is a multiprocess synergic inverter welding machine designed for professional welders and fabricators. It supports MIG/MAG, MMA, and Lift TIG welding processes with advanced pulse and dual pulse technology, making it suitable for a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and zinc-coated steel.

This versatile and lightweight welding machine is engineered for external and internal maintenance, car body repairs, agriculture, and light fabrication tasks. It features digital control with preset synergic curves tailored to material type, gas, and wire diameter, enabling precise and efficient welding performance. Users can store up to 99 personalized welding parameter jobs for quick recall.

The TREOSTAR 2000 PULSE includes a built-in polarity changeover for common gas and gasless wires, a professional wire feeding mechanism with 37 mm large rolls, and tool-free replaceable double groove rolls. An energy-saving function controls the cooling fan operation, and an optional retrofit kit allows the use of 300 mm wire coils. Safety is enhanced with a VRD (Voltage Reduction Device).

Innovative CEA technologies integrated into this machine include vision.ARC, which stabilizes the welding arc under varying conditions for superior performance; vision.PULSE, which optimizes short arc pulse welding to reduce heat input, minimize distortion, improve puddle control, and increase welding speed; and Dual Pulse, which further reduces heat transfer to the workpiece, minimizing deformation and producing high-quality aesthetic weld beads similar to TIG finishes. Dual Pulse is particularly effective when welding aluminium and stainless steel.
