The Elliotts T1000 Welding Blanket is a high-temperature protective cover designed for use in welding and heat treatment processes. It is intended for professionals who need to control cooling rates and prevent embrittlement in metal components after welding or stress relieving.

This welding blanket encapsulates heated metal objects to retard cooling, reducing the risk of hardening and embrittlement in the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). Manufactured from T1000® fabric, which consists of E Glass fibre, the blanket is non-combustible, flexible, and inorganic, specifically engineered for superior heat retention.

The T1000® material withstands continuous surface temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius, offering higher thermal resistance than HeatShield® alternatives. This makes it suitable for demanding industrial applications requiring consistent thermal protection.
