The FRONIUS THP300i W/ML/F++/UD/Le/4M TIG Hose Pack is a manual water-cooled TIG welding torch designed for professional welders using TIGi, MWi, and TIG170/210 welding systems. It is engineered to provide precise control and efficient cooling for demanding TIG welding applications.

This torch pack features a changeable torch body with a multi-lock system, allowing for easy maintenance and adaptability. It includes LED light illumination for enhanced visibility during welding operations and continuous current adjustment with UP/DOWN controls for precise amperage settings. The highly effective water cooling system ensures optimal torch body temperature management, supporting extended welding sessions without overheating.

The torch body offers endless 360° rotation, improving maneuverability and access in tight or complex welding positions. A leather hose protection extends 0.8 meters from the torch handle, enhancing durability and operator safety. The pack includes plug-type gas nozzles (A) and screw-type nozzles (P), along with a ball joint connecting to the hose pack for flexible movement. Additionally, the torch body is equipped with a water blow-out feature compatible with the CU600t MC cooler. Optional Jobmaster controls can be integrated for advanced operational control.
