Hobart 77TM is a 1.2mm metal-cored MIG wire designed for professional welders requiring high-speed fillet and butt welding performance. It is optimised for use with an Argon and 18-25% CO2 shielding gas mixture, making it ideal for semi-automatic and fully automatic welding setups.

This metal-cored wire produces weld beads that are nearly slag-free, with only minimal silicon islands, significantly reducing cleanup time between welding passes and prior to surface finishing. Hobart 77TM supports both single and multi-pass welding in flat and horizontal positions, specifically suited for mild steel, carbon steel, and manganese carbon steels.
