The Kemppi X3 MIG Welder is a robust and energy-efficient welding machine designed for professional use in gas-cooled MIG/MAG welding and carbon arc gouging applications. It is suitable for demanding environments such as construction sites, shipyards, and metal fabrication workshops.
This welder features advanced inverter technology delivering up to 500 A at a 60% duty cycle, ensuring stable arc performance and high-quality welds even with cost-effective CO2 shielding gas. The system supports a wide range of wire diameters from 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm, and cored wires up to 2.0 mm, providing versatility for various welding tasks.
Designed and manufactured in Finland, the X3 MIG Welder includes a fully enclosed, impact-resistant dual-skin wire feeder cabinet that protects the wire spool and feed mechanism. The user-friendly two-knob control panel allows easy adjustment, with presets for Argon/CO2 or pure CO2 shielding gases. Additional features include special functions for fine-tuning weld start and end, a wire inch function, and a large back-lit LCD display for clear parameter presentation.
