The KEMPPI WFX 300 Wire Feeder P Steel is designed for professional steel pipe welding applications. This wire feeder is suitable for use with 200 mm and 300 mm wire spools, making it ideal for industrial welding tasks requiring high performance and reliability.

Featuring a durable double-skin plastic casing and a robust two-motor GT04 wire feed mechanism, the WFX 300 ensures consistent wire feeding and precise control. It includes built-in arc voltage measurement for enhanced welding accuracy. The unit supports Euro gun connections and accommodates a range of filler wire sizes: stainless steel (0.6 - 2.0 mm), aluminium (0.8 - 2.4 mm), mild steel (0.6 - 2.0 mm), and flux-cored wire (0.8 - 2.4 mm). Wire feed speeds range from 0.5 to 25 meters per minute.

Electrical output ratings include 520 A at 60% duty cycle and 440 A at 100% duty cycle, suitable for demanding welding environments. The wire feeder operates reliably within a temperature range of -20 to +40 °C and complies with IEC 60974-5 standards. It supports wire spool weights up to 20 kg and spool diameters up to 300 mm. The compact dimensions are 590 mm (L) x 240 mm (W) x 445 mm (H), with an empty weight of 13.1 kg.

Included software packages are WiseFusion, WiseRoot+, and MatchLog, along with a Pipe Steel pack containing 25 pieces of filler wire for steel applications.
