This synergic and pulse MIG/MAG welder features a durable wire feeder with a Duratorque 4x4 wire drive mechanism housed in a dual-wall plastic case, ensuring resilience in heavy industrial use. The X3 HD300 wire feeder attaches to the power source via a rotating plate and includes a safe-lift design for easy handling and suspension by the handle. Additional accessories such as a 4-wheel trolley and boom hanger are available to enhance mobility and usability.
The X3S model delivers 420 amps at a 60% duty cycle, supporting manual, synergic, pulse MIG/MAG, MMA, and gouging processes. It includes 42 welding curves, an integrated cooler in the water-cooled power source, and an intuitive icon-based user interface for fast setup and parameter selection. Remote control options include the HR53 handheld wired remote with display and the GRe50 on-torch remote control, allowing parameter adjustments during welding.
