The KEMPPI X3S Power Source SYN 420 W is a robust and precise MIG/MAG welding machine designed for industrial welding and fabrication professionals. It offers a powerful 420 amp output at a 60% duty cycle, making it suitable for heavy-duty welding tasks requiring high-quality, consistent welds.
This synergic and pulse MIG/MAG welder features an integrated water-cooled power source with an intuitive icon-based user interface that simplifies setup and parameter selection. The X3S model includes 42 welding curves, supporting manual, synergic, pulse MIG/MAG, MMA, and gouging processes to accommodate a wide range of welding applications.
Equipped with the X3 HD300 wire feeder, the system incorporates a Duratorque 4x4 wire drive mechanism housed in a durable dual-wall plastic case. The wire feeder attaches securely to the power source via a rotating plate and includes a safe-lift design for easy handling and suspension by the handle. Optional accessories such as a 2- or 4-wheel trolley and boom hanger enhance mobility and versatility on site.
Additional features include adjustable welding parameters during operation via optional HR53 handheld or GRe50 torch remote controls, integrated storage for parts within the wire feeder's side door, five memory channels for welding programs, cable calibration, and a safety lock for secure operation.
