The LINCOLN AP-1 LE Flux Recovery System is designed for welding professionals seeking an efficient and reliable solution to recover flux during sub arc welding processes. It is compatible with standard Lincoln and Miller flux hoppers, making it suitable for various industrial welding setups.

This flux recovery system operates without adding oil or water to the flux, as the flux never enters the compressed air stream. It features a vacuum air pump located on the exhaust side, which expels contaminants, fines, and dust into a highly efficient dust bag assembly. The system contains no moving parts or internal filters, reducing maintenance requirements and increasing durability.

The AP-1 model enables direct recycling of flux back to the hopper and includes a sight window on both the unit and hopper for easy flux level monitoring. Its air pump is highly efficient, producing a stronger vacuum while using less compressed air (70-100 psi) and operating more quietly than many competing models. The system is versatile with quick attach options and weighs 23 lbs.

Included components are a 5-foot hose, hopper mounting brackets, dust bag, sight window for the hopper, and the NZ-1 flux pick-up nozzle.
