The Lincoln Electric Conarc 49C2.5MM welding electrode is a low hydrogen arc welding electrode designed for demanding site and pipe welding applications. Packaged in 1.4 kg Sahara packs, this electrode offers reliable performance for general purpose welding where high impact toughness and excellent weld quality are required.

This electrode features extremely low hydrogen content, ensuring superior weld integrity with reliable impact toughness down to -40°C and good crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) at -10°C. It is especially suitable for offshore welding projects where nickel alloying is restricted. The Conarc 49C electrode provides excellent pipe welding properties, high weld metal recovery of 100-120%, and outstanding X-ray soundness for defect-free welds.
