The LINCOLN POWERCRAFT 201 AC/DC TIG Welder Package is a versatile multi-process welding machine designed for light to medium duty applications. This compact and lightweight inverter welder combines six welding processes in one unit: Stick, DC TIG, DC TIG/Pulse, AC TIG, AC TIG/Pulse, and TIG/Spot welding. It features built-in Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) technology to enhance operator safety in environments with increased electric shock hazards. The machine is generator compatible, making it well-suited for site work where power supply may vary.

Advanced intelligent protection safeguards the unit against over voltage, low voltage, and over current conditions. It offers both High Frequency and Lift TIG arc starting methods to prevent tungsten contamination, providing flexibility in arc initiation. The welder operates on a 240V single-phase power input (240/1/50/60 Hz) and supports processes including Stick, Lift TIG, TIG High Frequency, and TIG Pulse.

Additional features include the ability to save up to 20 welding mode settings for quick recall, 2T/4T gun trigger settings for preferred trigger operation, and a gas solenoid for precise shielding gas control. The spot timer allows adjustment of spot weld duration. Full output control is provided with anti-sticking, adjustable AC balance, pre-flow and post-flow gas control, and regulation of initial, slope, and crater currents, as well as pulse frequency and ratio.

For Stick welding, the machine includes adjustable arc force, hot start, and IGBT technology for stable and easy-to-set welding parameters. The package is ready to weld with included accessories and is remote control ready, compatible with an optional foot remote control.
