The LINCOLN POWERCRAFT TIG 200 DC is a compact, lightweight inverter welding machine designed for light to medium duty applications. It combines four welding processes in one unit: Stick, DC TIG, DC TIG/Pulse, and TIG/Spot, making it suitable for maintenance, small repairs, and general fabrication on various metals including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and titanium.

This multi-process welder features built-in Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) technology to enhance operator safety in environments with increased electric shock hazards. It is generator compatible, ideal for site work, and includes intelligent protection against over voltage, low voltage, and over current conditions. The machine supports high frequency and lift TIG arc starting methods, preventing tungsten contamination and allowing the user to select their preferred arc initiation.

Additional controls include 2T/4T gun trigger settings, a gas solenoid for shielding gas control, and a spot timer to adjust spot weld duration. Full output control is provided with anti-sticking, pre-flow and post-flow gas control, and adjustable initial, slope, and crater currents. Pulse frequency and ratio controls are also included for TIG pulse welding. For stick welding, features such as adjustable arc force, hot start, and IGBT technology ensure easy setup and reliable performance. The POWERCRAFT TIG 200 DC meets Australian and international standards AS60974.1, AS60974.10, IEC60974-1, and IEC60974-10.
