This engine-driven welder delivers 250 amps of AC or DC stick welding and DC wire welding power, suitable for a wide range of stick electrode types. It supports AC TIG welding with an optional TIG module and foot or hand Amptrol for aluminum and alloy welding. Additionally, it is capable of MIG and flux-cored welding with optional equipment, making it a multi-process welder adaptable to various welding applications.

Equipped with a 23 HP Kohler gasoline engine featuring a 2-cylinder, 4-cycle overhead valve air-cooled design, the unit ensures rugged reliability and extended run times with its 12-gallon fuel tank. The electric fuel pump prevents vapor lock, and an oil drain extension facilitates easy maintenance. An electric fuel gauge on the control panel allows for convenient fuel level monitoring during operation.

The welder includes a totally enclosed case protecting the engine with three service access doors and offers low noise operation at 76.4 dBA sound level measured at 23 feet. Customers can choose from painted, camo wrapped, or stainless steel finishes for the roof, case sides, and engine doors.

Beyond welding, the Ranger 250 GXT provides up to 11,000 watts peak single-phase AC generator power, with 10,000 watts continuous output to power lights, grinders, plasma cutters, inverter welders, and other high-amperage equipment. It is remote-ready with a 6-pin connector and local/remote switch for remote control operation.
