Lincolnweld® 880™ is a neutral submerged arc welding (SAW) flux designed for use with solid and flux-cored electrodes containing more than 0.20% silicon. It is suitable for both joining and hardfacing applications, providing optimal bead appearance and weld quality.

This welding flux is compatible with solid low alloy steel electrodes such as Lincolnweld® LA-75, LA-90, LA-100, LAC-B2, LAC-M2, and LAC-Ni2. It supports welding processes requiring smooth bead finishes and is effective when used with both solid and flux-cored wires.

Each batch of Lincolnweld® 880™ flux is accompanied by Type 3.1 certificates detailing chemical composition, particle size, and moisture content, ensuring consistent quality and traceability. The flux features a basicity index of 2.0 and a density of 1.4 g/cm³, making it suitable for demanding welding environments.
