LINCORE® 30-S Metal-Cored Submerged Arc Wire is designed for welding mild and low alloy steels, primarily used in build-up applications before final overlay and as a final surface layer with moderate metal-to-metal impact resistance.

This wire is suitable for automatic and semiautomatic submerged arc welding (SAW) processes, providing excellent weld metal quality and durability. It is ideal for restoring and hardfacing components such as tractor rollers, trunnions, idlers, and crane wheels, offering improved wear resistance and moderate impact protection on shafts, track rails, and idlers.
