The LINCOLN Vantage 400 Engine Driven Welder is a versatile multi-process welding machine designed for construction teams, pipe rig owners, and rental fleet managers. It delivers up to 400 amps of welding output alongside 14 kW of auxiliary power, combining welding and generator functions in a compact, durable unit.
This engine-driven welder supports multiple welding processes including Stick (SMAW), Downhill Pipe, MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Flux-Cored Self-Shielded (FCAW-S), Flux-Cored Gas-Shielded (FCAW-G), and Arc Gouging with carbons up to 8mm. It features a simple operation interface allowing selection among five process modes and precise output control. The integrated Perkins 4-cylinder, 1500 RPM diesel engine ensures reliable, quiet performance with a sound rating of 71 dBA at 7 meters.
The Vantage 400 also functions as a powerful generator, providing continuous AC power of 13.2 kW three-phase at 415V and 7.2 kW single-phase at 240V, suitable for powering industrial equipment such as plasma cutters and pumps. Its stainless steel enclosure offers enhanced protection and durability, while the compact design fits well on service trucks and utes.
