The UNIMIG Pro Series Black welding helmet is designed for professional welders requiring superior eye protection and clarity during welding tasks. It features advanced auto-darkening technology and ergonomic comfort for extended use.
This helmet offers a 1/1/1/1 optical clarity classification, ensuring a crystal-clear view of the weld from all angles. The large 102.5 x 102.5mm viewing area provides unmatched visibility, while the 3.0 light state allows clear sight before, during, and after welding. Auto Shade Select technology automatically detects the welding arc and adjusts the shade to protect your eyes effectively across various welding processes.
Equipped with five arc sensors—including four optimally positioned arc sensors and one arc intensity sensor—the helmet delivers instant and reliable auto-darkening filter activation, even when welding out of position. An external grind button enables seamless switching to grind mode, indicated by an LED light, without removing the helmet.
Comfort is enhanced by a 4-point adjustable harness that distributes weight evenly to reduce neck strain during long periods of use. The helmet is powered by solar cells with two replaceable CR2450 backup batteries for improved reliability.
