The UNIMIG TOXIC Automatic Welding Helmet is designed for professional welders requiring reliable eye protection and enhanced visibility during various welding tasks. This helmet is suitable for MIG, TIG, Stick, Plasma welding, and grinding applications.
Equipped with an automatic shade control lens, the helmet allows seamless switching between variable welding shades from 9 to 13, adapting instantly to changing arc brightness. The integrated grind mode enables users to switch to a fixed shade for grinding without changing visors, improving efficiency and convenience.
Featuring two arc sensors, the helmet maintains constant sensing to automatically switch between light and dark states, with a rapid response time of 0.1 milliseconds from light to dark. The True Colour View lens technology enhances optical clarity by providing a full spectrum of colors, reducing eye fatigue during extended welding sessions.
The lightweight and comfortable design supports prolonged use, while the solar cell power supply ensures reliable operation. Additional specifications include a filter dimension of 110x90x9mm, a viewing area of 96x42mm, UV/IR protection rated at DIN15, and classification 1/1/1/2. The helmet operates effectively within temperatures ranging from -10°C to 65°C and can be stored between -20°C and 85°C. Sensitivity delay is internally adjustable to suit user preferences.
